Sam's Pawty

It really seems like it can't possibly have been a year since that day I ran down to Richmond Hill and met Sam for the first time.  He is so super cute!  Jenn did a great job putting together a cute puppy "pawty" for him and we loved celebrating with them!

AP's 30!

My sweet, thoughtful, HI-larious, godly, long-listening, fun, beautiful, remembering, talented, smart, always-there, caring, nurse-on-call, and did-I-mention-hilarious? friend turned 30 last month so we had a little party.  :)  She didn't know about it (though there were some close calls), so we got to yell Surprise! and share dinner and love on her and play a super fun game thanks to the Links.  It was really fun and she is really loved.  And I really am glad that there is no more lying!

Happy happy birthday!  We love you :)

Football Friday Nights

It's that time of year again...and our first experience with three kids at the games!  So far, it has gone really well considering the super late nights and limited play options in the stands.  And I am again SO grateful for Jessica's help and company.  :)  Gehr loves watching the game now, all three are mesmerized by the halftime show and the favorite part for all of us is meeting up with Daddy on the field after the game.  Here are a few pics...

First Days...

First days of school for the big Gs...

Gehrig is in 1st grade, homeschooling with Mama and going to co-op once a week.  I'm hoping to blog a little more soon about our experience...it has been even better than I hoped!

Greer is going to 3-year-old preschool and co-op once a week too.  She loves it!

Braves Game

Pa invited B and Gehr to head to the old ballfield to watch the Braves one night.  He was SO excited, especially since Uggla was still in the midst of his hitting streak.  What a fun time!

He's Home!

So finally catching up on the month of August!  It took forever to get July's albums ready.  :)

We were so excited to welcome Matt home from serving in Afghanistan in early August!  We made a quick trip to Richmond Hill...playtime, relaxing, hugs, eating, Catan playing and looking at pics and video from his time away.  It was a pretty near perfect 24 hours.  :)

All is as it should be with the Massey-Links :).  Hard to believe it was the first time that all 9 of us have been there together!  Thanks Matt and all servicemen and women...we are so blessed by you!
