Loganville
The 2nd round of the playoffs sent us west to play a great baseball team (eventual state champs!) that also has a great crew of coaches and other sweet friends of ours from FCA camp. We loved the treat of visiting with them and with B's fam who were able to get there since it is closer to them.
Girls with Aunt Gretchen...love :)
Cute boys. Pa got a tough gash on his head playing with Greer in the woods by the field...sad and sweet of him. He and Gehr played some ball too...

And Gehr finally lost his very loose top tooth by accidentally hitting it with his knee while playing. It stayed in Loganville though...we never found it!
Our sweet Bolemon friends were great hosts. We love them and their girls. It's possible that Gehr even has a crush on Callie. :) So cute and funny to see him wanting to sit by her and ask when we'll see her again. She's 10! She and Caty Beth were so sweet to include our kiddos and spend time with them with all of their own buddies there. Love this pic of Greer's concentration as Callie taught her a little handshake game...takes me back!
A sweet soul and friend, Angie...our time is too few and far between!
Although we played hard, Loganville ended up winning in 2 games. We headed to Chickfila after with the team. Always so sad, especially for the Seniors, but very proud of their season! Gehr showed off his new smile there. :)
And she's out...almost immediately. :) As is usual, Greer hung in there for awhile with us while Gs 1&3 slept the whole way.
Good combination day of daddy's work, family and friend time. Thanks God!

End of School Year for Greer
Greer's class did an adorable program to finish out the year for 3yr old preschool. It has been a great year of school with lots of learning and playing and friends. It went by so fast!
Posing with her buddy, Carson...
Loved Ms Annette and Ms Susan when Gehrig had them and love them still! They teach so much of the Word and love and play with the kids so well. We are so blessed to have them!
And finally, for the beginning of school to the end of school comparison. In Aug 2011:
And May 2012...love her!
Great job this year, Greer...we are so proud of you!

Love These Kind of Days
Saturday family water balloon fight :)
And some sprinkler action while we're getting wet anyway...
Peaceful reading while the kiddos nap...ahhhhhh
Yummmmmmy dinner - tex-mex (turkey) meatballs and homemade black bean and corn salsa with cornbread. We are loving www.emeals.com for our dinner planning!
And some iTunes-playing on the porch with my cute hubby after kids' bedtime.
Doesn't get much better than that :)

Baseball Game Friends
The Gs had so much fun bringing their friends Cole and Carson to one of Dada's last games...
So cute finding both Gs coaching their buddies on the game...it's inevitable, I suppose :)
A quick hug break...she loves putting her arms up saying "Goooo Dada!"
2012 has been the best baseball weather season ever. Perfect temps and gorgeous sky views. Love it, Lord!
And finishing out with a ride to drag the field...hard to tell but there are 6 kids on with B. (Another friend they played with at the game joined them too.) B is awesome to go along with the fun :)

Co-op Field Day
To finish up the year with co-op, we had Field Day the first week of May. I'm so thankful for a way for our kids to enjoy these experiences even though we homeschool.
Dividing into teams...
Flowered, peace sign shirt twins...unplanned :)
Lining up for competition
Best buds
A little sad and pitiful for some reason :(
Her too...hence the not-so-normal fritos snack to keep the peace
Front of the over-under line for her team
Over!
Gehr's team
We have a winner!
Sweet competitors
Some light reading
Sweet sister time
Loved this hilarious panty hose-tennis ball game
And what's a party without limbo? Greer doesn't quite understand the rules yet :)
And entertaining the babe with more food and my phone...
The incoming and outgoing coordinators in a battle of powdered sugar and hershey kisses...so thankful for both of these women and their hard work for our group!
Now, we're ready for summer!
