We went on over to Atlanta on Saturday to enjoy the Winter Wonderland event at the Fernbank Museum and spend some great time with family.
Cupcakes at the museum courtesy of Whole Foods...yum!

Making ornaments...
Who needs a picture with Santa when there's Santa-saurus?? (Bless his crouching heart!)
Kids loved the cool entrance to the water exhibit...
.
Afterwards, we got to meet up with Aunt Gretchen and Mammaw at Farm Burger...REALLY yum. So thankful they interrupted their mother-daughter weekend to join us there!
And more great time with Slade & Jess...our third weekend in a row with them is spoiling us!! :) Garner made herself comfortable at their house.

Sunday we went to Buckhead to kick off the Christmas season with the Dormans & Coopers at the first worship service of December. Always great (although a little less Christmas-y than in the past) and the kids had a blast "singing songs and learning about Jesus" according to Greer.

A-DOR-able pic of Slade and Jess there...
My favorite moment of the day was being greeted by Chaney after church with "Mrs. Riki, I'm gonna marry Gehrig" in her awesome Dublin southern accent! And boy were they happy to be together and love on each other. Sounds great to us! There is currently a short list of approved suitors for him and she is one of them for sure. :)
.
We all went over to Lenox to let the kiddos enjoy the famous Macy's Pink Pig ride.
