Snow Days

It snowed here AGAIN! Amazing. And fun to have a few days off of school to be together. It was the best case scenario for an ice storm...too slippery to get anywhere but with no loss of power. :)

Trying to keep warm in the front yard...

The snow fell really fast and then freezing rain turned everything into an ice skating rink.

Snowball fighting with the neighbors!

Whoa

Thankfully, after a few days, the roads cleared enough for us to safely get to Chattanooga for our annual MLK weekend visit. They had even more snow! So beautiful.

Garner and Callie hung out inside with the mamas. :)

Sledding down a fairway at the golf course...they had so much fun!!

Cooper and Massey kids getting ready to head to the mall to meet the Owens...

Greer and Bo

We planned to go to dinner with all the Chattanooga peeps Saturday night, but the Clantons decided to have a baby the day before and didn't make it. Can you believe that? :) We missed them and loved the time with the Carpenters, Owens & Coopers. Always so hard to leave...

Annual January Christmas

Though I don't have great pics to show it, we celebrated the Bourne Christmas this month and had such a fun time! I love watching our kids grow up in the same sweet family atmosphere that their daddy has always cherished. Greer was the official helper/present-picker-outer for the Yankee Swap game...Gehrig played with the cousins and watched football, of course...and Garner got lots of love, especially from Uncle Clark. :)

It's a New Year!

So I've been a little behind, but here are pics from our fun time in Dublin celebrating New Year's with the Dormans...will catch up with January soon! :)

Sweet Chaney and Ansley asking Gehrig to teach them how to play football...

Football jersey and football magazines...catching a theme here?

Fireworks!

Garner and I snuggled inside to stay warm :). Having a newborn made me a tired girl this year...it was hard to stay up until midnight even with my typical night owl tendencies.

Sparklers!

Guys

Sweet girls...yes, I am already in my PJs :)

Watching the ball drop...Happy New Year!

December album is finally done too :)

Cousins Day!

After our trip to Nashville, we came back to Atlanta for some fun with the Poulos'! We started out spending some time at Bebe's and playing lots of games. Greer didn't quite understand all the rules but had fun trying to keep up with the older kids...

The oldest and youngest girl cousins :)

Snuggie

All with Bebe!

Afterwards, we went to US Play for video games and bowling. The kids had a great time! (And I think the toddler bowling shoes are really cute :)).

We have to check out bowling more often...so glad Mike & Lin suggested it!

We didn't get many pictures of the video games but they all had a great time there. Gehrig and Greer love their older cousins and think it's super cool to get to hang out and play with them. :) Thanks for spending the day with us. We love you guys!!

We Love Us Some Tennessee

We took a little after-Christmas trip up to Nashville to visit Britt and Margaret. We had lots o' fun and enjoyed seeing their new house and area of town! They have an awesome park and playground nearby. Greer "read" the flag and announced that it said "kids playground." :)

Fun with dada

Keeping Garner warm in the ErgoBaby :)

Britt & Marg against a beautiful landscape...

Gehrig loved playing fetch with Lucy!

Kids with Uncle Britt & Aunt Margaret...so cute :)

Good snuggling and movie watching with Marg...also had some good Settlers game playing when the kids went to bed :). Hope we get to see them again really soon!!

We figured out that their new house is only a couple of miles away from my sweet friend, Danielle's house...so nice to meet her for lunch and catch up.

On the road again...somewhere in Tennessee.

We stopped in Chattanooga to feed Garner, eat dinner and (yay!) have a quick visit with the Coopers and Owens on our way back to Atlanta. It was our first time meeting Griffin too! Quite the cute bunch...

Mamas and new babies...Em & Callie (~15 wks), me & Garner (~7wks) and Kelli & Griffin (~4wks). Love :)

Always so so great to be there...thanks for having us! Love y'all :)
