It's hard to tell in this pic, but the wind whipped up a crazy stinging sandstorm, making it painful to be on the beach. We were grateful once again to have a place to retreat at the house and still enjoy the outdoors!
It was picture night, so we all headed in mid-afternoon to get showered and dressed (for the first time all week!). Our little beach path provided a sweet little backdrop for the pics and kept us from getting too sandy before heading out for dinner.
It was amazingly quick and easy :) and then we settled the kiddos in with Elizabeth and Olivia to head out for our annual Frankie Bones dinner. It did not disappoint :). We gave the boys a break from picture-taking and just got one of the girls there. This time always makes us miss even more that we don't all live in the same town like we used to. Love all the laughing and yummy food and laughing. :)
