We had been watching the calendar, so excited about our June trip to meet our nephew/cousin, baby Brock in Nashville! 3 months seems like an awfully long time. :)
On the way, we stopped for an evening in Chatty with our buds, the Coopers. Chad and the Owens kids joined us at the lake with them too. It was so beautiful!
Trying to convince her to get in the water...
Convinced :)
This one...not so much.
He needed no coaxing...so much fun!
While the daddies and bigs played in the water, the matchy mamas and babies visited on the dock :)
Taking a break to play on the boat...love these kiddos!
Time for some fishing!
And a boat ride with some tubing :)
Sweet dock moments :)
The gorgeous setting sun...love what God does with the sky!!! Thanks for having us, Randy & Emily!
On to Nashville the next day...we stopped to visit with my sweet friend Danielle. Love her and loved the opportunity to catch up for a couple of hours!
And finally, the moment arrived! Brock is so edible!!!
Greer had so much fun going through Gehrig's baby clothes to give to Brock...she loves going through clothes and loves giving things away. A win-win :)
The weather was so nice that evening for some visiting and a little friendly game of corn hole...
Greer did a great job holding Brock...and thought it was hilarious when he gnawed on her thumb :)
First kid that could resist B's secret make-a-baby-laugh trick! I think he wanted to save it for his sweet mama and daddy :)
He looks a little nervous, haha :)
On to the Y for some swimming fun!
Pretty good form there, B!
Sweet, sweet family...
Thumbs up!
Babies and daddies...heart smile :)
I love him!
So glad to have a couple of days there. They are amazing parents and we love them! Looking forward to our next time to be with all 3 of them :)
Something about her sweet face at dinner with them the last night made me take this picture...love.
On the way back through Chatty, we had lunch with Randy and then met the Owens and Carpenters for some fro-yo. Even with Greer pouting, that is a cute group of kiddos!
Love us some Tennessee!! :)
